It’s the infrastructure for experiencing digital objects These digital objects are remarkable things. For the first time, we have digital things that have "object permanence". They exist as much as any physical object. If you think about it. That phone in your hand, in your pocket. It’s entirely expected in the world of atoms that the phone doesn't pop out of existence. But that’s exactly what happens for digital objects. Your Roblox item can be deprecated. Your tweet deleted. Database purged and for the first time, we have digital objects that have true object permanence. Powered by the physics of decentralization. Just as no one "owns" physical atoms—they simply obey the laws of physics—that Fidenza cannot be deleted or destroyed or taken away. Unless you destroy the belief in the chain itself. Also no one can stop you from creating the next Fidenza. Just like the laws of physics, there’s no whitelist or a review board. The real metaverse is as permission less as physical reality. That's remarkable. So remarkable that it’s the defining property of the real metaverse. It's not presence, it's not the game. It's that objects in a shared, permission less reality truly *exist*. So the popular concept of the 3D metaverse that you've been led to believe is not where the metaverse begins. Instead, it’s already here. The baby metaverse is the collection of these digital objects and these remarkable digital objects are what we call NFTs. NFTs are the atoms of the metaverse. So what’s missing in the baby metaverse? What takes it to the next stage? There needs to be powerful infrastructure for “experiencing” these wondrous objects. How we encounter them. What does it mean to “encounter” these objects? Just as we encounter physical reality with our senses, the Decaverse provides the infrastructure that brings them to life. And so that's where the Decaverse begins. We build the systems and protocols that surface these digital objects. We're starting with powerful creativity tools, like the freestyle gallery. And from the Decaverse, we create portals to NFTs wherever you’re present—devices or the metaverse. iOS, Android, macOS, Chrome / Brave / Firefox, and @gather_town. We're also building tools of commerce that integrate this soon-to-be massive economy, like the storefront that aggregates listings across all marketplaces. But that’s just the beginning. What’s crazy about these digital objects is that they’re Turing-complete. They can BE anything and DO anything and so the infrastructure for experiencing these objects will become more and more vivid. What's even more interesting is that the Decaverse is multichain. Wherever these digital objects exist, the Decaverse will be there . *The Decaverse is the binding of the worlds*. We started with Ethereum and Tezos. And we’re only continuing to expand to other chains. And with experience of the art, comes connections. So the the Decaverse will become a network of connections across digital objects and protocols, weaved by Decans. Already we've started building the graph of these objects, where galleries refer to other objects, whether it’s owned or not and much more is under construction. Our mission is huge. And intensely interesting. The Decaverse isn't the 10th marketplace under construction. Or the 10th 3D metaverse. The Decaverse will be the practical, massive infrastructure that will be so obvious in retrospect. And universal. So how can you join the Decaverse? We're excited to announce our membership token.
