The piece draws inspiration from Jacques Louis David's painting The Death Of Socrates and the depths of despair, numbness and emotional roller coaster that can be found only in the bear market.
Socrates chose to die willingly and stand behind his beliefs, talking about the immortality of the soul before drinking poison. Willingly or not, we are all in this together so let's unleash the power we have and survive without giving up on what we believe in.
