It's too early to be thinking about the brain. I'd much rather be sleeping in, or out on the range. There's so much we don't understand about this three-pound ball of jelly in our skulls. But it's the seat of our consciousness, the origin of our thoughts and emotions. And though it may be weird and mysterious, I'm glad it's there, keeping me ticking.
