These quotes struck a chord in me and felt poignant to Deepak’s overarching narrative in the book:
“Success in life could be defined as the continued expansion of happiness and the progressive realization of worthy goals.”
“All processes of creation are processes through which the Self or divinity expresses Itself”
“True success is therefore the experience of the miraculous. It is the unfolding of the divinity within us.”
“When your actions are motivated by love, your energy multiplies and accumulates — and the surplus energy you gather and enjoy can be channeled to create anything that you want, including unlimited wealth.”
With my cover I aimed to illustrate the essence of someone manifesting their dreams. I envisioned the bubbles to be her various dreams and goals, the divinity within her unfolding and manifesting into the physical universe. Deepak’s description of accumulated energy being channeled into wealth in that last quote reminded me of bubbles, expanding, multiplying and once enough stick together, they combine to form an even larger bubble.
In his closing remarks Deepak says:
“We have stopped for a moment to encounter each other, to meet, to love, to share. This is a precious moment, but it is transient. It is a little parenthesis in eternity. If we share with caring, lightheartedness, and love, we will create abundance and joy for each other. And then this moment will have been worthwhile.” Deepak often speaks of the connectedness of everything and even in this book gives examples of how cells operate through The Seven Spiritual Laws. This final quote further reminded me of bubbles, a beautiful and brief moment of joy. In my artwork, all of her dreams and goals expand out of her as bubbles that will eventually combine to momentarily form a larger magnificent bubble representing fulfillment of her deepest desires.
