The Echium Ciliaris is a scarce, huge plant and can be found only in very damp places. It blooms twice a year, for 1 month. It has huge, spoon shaped leaves, which are usually pine green. It also grows decent sized flowers, which can be black, grey, orange, dark yellow and red. These plants grow in huge numbers, but it's easy to control and maintain their growth. They have no real use. As a defense mechanism the Echium Ciliaris grows thick thorns. They rely on cloning themselves by growing a new specimen to reproduce.
