We have all heard stories of 'machines' that can perform the impossible task of breaching the boundaries between dimensions. But who, and what, are these machines? To fully comprehend their purpose, one must first understand their design. Machines are created from a combination of carefully constructed iron, wood, and information encoding. They are meticulously manufactured, for each machine is designed with a specific purpose in mind. But how does one use the machine? Simple. A pill is inserted into the machine's 'deposit box', after which is it converted into energy. The energy is then channeled into creating an artificial bridge between our world and the next. The machine creates a portal, a gateway even, to the other side. Though machines can be dangerous and must be handled with caution, they are our most powerful tool against the unknown forces that threaten us. With them, our world has the potential to be forever changed.
