ONIA #60
I've come to realize that I manufacture my own misery most of the time. I have some part in my problems, whether it's a shared contribution to a problem or that I've been carrying a past situation for too long. I've also come to realize that I'll sometimes stew in my emotions, staying there until they've completely isolated me away from anything or anyone that can help me regulate them. The pain we know is often greater than the unknown, even if the unknown is better. Stewing and staying is an old behavior, and recognizing it and taking action is all I can do to keep moving forward.
