**Lens Creator Bytes**
This week’s guest writers are Sébastien Bellanger and Tiphaine Chen from @theshr.lens
**Q: Tell us about yourself**
Sébastien Bellanger: Im Sébastien Bellanger, 24 years old from France, I'm the co-founder and developer of the platform, I like video games, anime and pop culture in general.
I decided to leave the university and my job at Accenture to focus 100% on the Share project, build on Lens, learn by myself and hope to meet amazing people.
Basically, just a guy from a lost place trying to put his contribution to the Web3 community.
Tiphaine Chen: Â I'm Tiphaine Chen, 26 years old, I'm the co-founder and Marketing/Brand Manager, I come from Taipei in Taiwan.
I studied Business and Management in Taipei and then I came to France to finish my studies and that's where I met Sebastien.
I like to go hiking in the mountains of Taiwan, eat French food, and read when I have time.
**Q: Tell us about your project(s) and what is your mission?**
Share is a social writing Web3 platform built on Lens protocol.
Our mission is to give authors an all-in-one platform, a place where they can publish, communicate, earn and have a stronger connection with their readers.
Also to give readers a new way to read/consume writing online, and the tools to have a stronger connection with their favorite authors
**Q: What excites you about Web3?**
Giving back to the users the control of their data, the freedom that Web3 can offer to users and developers, the creation of products impossible before.
But also simply the revolution of digital property enabled by blockchain, a revolution that will transform all sectors and the world in general
**Q: What tips do you have for aspiring creators in the space?**
To jump in, to try, to post things, to create.
If you have a project in mind, the hardest thing is to start, then you will meet people who will support you and little by little you will form a community and you will live an incredible adventure.
Do what you have in mind, at least you won't have regrets
**Q: What’s next for you?**
The upcoming release of drafts
Big focus on improving the UI and especially the UX
We have had very constructive feedback on the UX of our app and thanks to this feedback we will offer an even better and less painful experience (less transaction fees etc)
We also applied to join the Station F program (the largest incubator in the world) in Paris in order to be accompanied by the best advisors, VCs and to share our knowledge on Web3 with the other startups present on the campus
Let's cross our fingers to be selected
And for the mid-term, we have in mind to look for funding to develop our mobile application. The web application is cool to be able to publish but people read a lot in the transport, in the subway etc. so having a mobile application is vital in the mid-term to offer the best experience for authors but also for readers.
** Question for our Lens Community: Who is your favorite author in web3 right now?** đź‘€
