Background
MissingNo or "Missing Number" is the most well known "glitch" in Pokemon arriving when the game's limited memory didn't know which Pokemon to render. This glitch took several forms including a kabutops, aerodactyl and ghost form but this design reflects its most famous one.
Inspiration
Cool Cat #6152 is a glitched TV Head Cat that famously rendered without the tv screen covering its face. It is famously minted (and at time of this mint) and personified by nhjcollectibles.
