Women who speak up, stand out, innovate, mobilize and don’t adhere to the patriarchal values of the time often are ostracized. Whether that’s being branded as a Witch and burned at the stake or bullied on social media, our society rarely rewards those that are willing to defy society’s conventional oppression.
Loss, longing, lust, desire, love- none of these emotions are taken away by the fierceness, strength, and resilience needed to stand tall against a society that cuts you down.
While we tend to either demonize or pedestal these women, they’re also human beings capable, deserving, and needing love and affection just like the rest of us.
May we have the wisdom to learn from our past and the strength and self-confidence to be able to celebrate and love these women who are brave enough to step outside the box.

This token comes paired with the only authorized physical print. The print is 16” x 20” printed on aluminum and signed. Redemption will be handled through a mix of on-and-off chain verification. Please be patient and assume at least 1-2 weeks minimum from owner verification to receive your physical print.
It is my intent for the token and this print to be bought/sold together - I hope that buyers consider this both when purchasing on primary (are you willing to ship to the new seller?) and secondary (do you trust the seller/care about the physical print?).
Given current constraints the enforceability of my intention on secondary sales is not currently something I can oversee, but I hope the type of people buying my work will have the integrity to respect and follow through with this intention.
