To celebrate the launch of Charged Particles, Intro to Music Theory is offering the following four unreleased tracks and corresponding videos from their EP, Toot the Bad Horn, along with all accompanying rights, royalties, and any future income, as if they were the creator of these tracks and videos, to the holder of this NFT. The tracks are:

--Afro Funk
The videos are of hard-to-reach places in Hainan Province, China:
--JianFengLing National Forest Park
--RiYueWan (Sun Moon Bay)
--QiLou (Old Town), Haikou
--Travelling from Haikou across the Island
The owner of this NFT shall bear all rights, responsibilities, and liability that come with ownership. Intro to Music Theory will retain the rights to perform these tracks and retain all income from their performance in any setting, live or recorded, commercial or non-commercial, in part or whole, as a part of their normal operation as a performing entity.
Basically, you own the tracks and can do anything you want with them, including distribute/sell or not except stop us from using them as part of the normal stuff we do.
By transferring this NFT to a third party, you are also transferring all rights, licenses, future income earned, etc to said third party. It is your responsibility, not the responsibility of IMT to facilitate this transfer.
This NFT will be loaded shortly after minting (2/17/2021) with 200,001 IMT social tokens that can be used to unlock future NFTs, exclusive content, and live-show perks.
