Artwork: Draught of Impending Doom Series: Pick Your Poison Collection: Myth and Magic Editions #1 in the Pick Your Poison series, “Draught of Impending Doom” was inspired by my own recent battles with anxiety and panic attacks, something I thought I had laid to rest. But the poison within merely slumbers, awaiting its best moment to release its toxins. The series highlights specific feelings experienced during such states, and our choice to sip the poison, or not. I desired to create series that hopefully shows others that they are not alone in these struggles, and that the poison – whatever your poison of choice is – doesn’t have to win. “Draught of Impending Doom” is tied to panic attacks, but also anxiety. I think it’s a feeling many of us in the world can relate to, web3, globally, and in our daily lives, at least at one point or another. Hopefully your Draught brings a little lightness to the all-consuming feeling it is named for, and can remind you that there is life on the other side of that tunnel. Breathe.
