At 7am, the free Scheherazade appears; her life has been spared. By 7pm, the caged Scheherazade is back, counting the hours of the night as she tells the tale that would spare her life once again.
The person who buys this has a role to play in the story of Scheherazade: if the buyer decides to keep the token for 1,001 nights from the day of its sale, then Scheherazade achieves her 'happily ever after' ending after 1,001 nights. Should the token be sold within this period, then the NFT doesn't change and the happy by day/sad by night dynamic continues until a buyer comes along and keeps the token for 1,001 nights.
