AmbieNFT is a generative modular synth music NFT project that has topped the top of the blocks and plumbed the depths of synthesis depravity. Over the past year sixty-two pieces have been generatively created and human refined … their traits, modules, tempos and keys governed by an all-seeing hexadecimal hash.
On this Sound of Fractures remix I worked backwards from the shuffled chorus shaker, anchoring the track around it and introducing some polyrhythms by displacing elements of the original beat. Some house’y arpeggios quickly materialized and before long I had worked my way backwards all the way to an ambient rhodes + modular synth introduction that laid a nice foundation for a verse vocal feature.
