In the artist's words: I had just arrived in Healdsburg the evening prior, to attend the pop up city Edge Esmeralda. My first morning in town, I happened upon Black Oak Coffee Roasters, and found a cozy corner seat near the window. Feeling inspired by the bustling energy of the cafe, layered with my building excitement for opening day of Edge Esmeralda, I quickly tried to capture the scene before me.
