She shaved her head after she overthrown the PRIME council because during that time's culture once you become ruler of a city you must shave your head as a sign of power, it's based on "never let anyone to grab your hair during a fight" it's a quote in military trainings then well known artists and musicians started to represent it as a sign of power in their works little by little it got way more popular over the years that the prime council started to adapt it.
Her main weapon is CHAW (The Eye), It's a very high intelligence one of a kind headset which she can see where ever she wants to see, she can close and open any connected gate, bot, artificial models to the system, she can basically control anything connected to the system's server through it, the CHAW played a very high role of overthrowing the PRIME council in the "LEGADA DAY" the festival that she overthrown the council.
Her secondary weapon is EGO THE PET. wild, artificial, smart and fast.
EGO don't have second thoughts she is RANDAL in form of a tiger a red eyes tiger, entirely controlled by RANDAL's mind, used as torture for untrusted and non believers of the system, used to eat all prime members alive.
