CHAPTER 1.
~The Plot of the Lady Knight~
The lady knight Alice went into the forest with her subordinate knights to escort the princess.
The forest was full of monsters, and this forest was the most dangerous place in the kingdom.
Once in the forest, the knights were moving deeper into the forest, keeping their distance from the monsters.
'That monster is dangerous, so we will eliminate it, won't we?'
Alice said and cast a spell to defeat the monster.
"Fire Arrow!"
With Alice's chanting, fire arrows fly toward the monster.
The monster noticed the flying arrow and tried to fight back, but was engulfed in flames and could only scream.Then he died, burned all over his body.

The goblins were leading the monsters.

The voices of the goblins made Alice instinctively want to run away.
But her pride as a knight would not allow it.

That command gave her men courage.

Fear floods Alice's mind.

The princess and Alice were riding in a carriage through the castle town.

The princess smiled as she said this.
“Well then, when we arrive.”
Alice said and looked out the window.
A few minutes later, the princess and Alice arrived at the inn.

The princess muttered, remembering that time.

Princess and Alice head to the Red Wolf Pavilion.
"Good morning-"
The princess and Alice greeted each other at the entrance of the inn.

"Princess!"
The innkeeper looks at the princess and Alice in surprise.
Innkeepers' guests and passersby rush to see the princess.
“I am sorry to disturb you.”
The princess greets the innkeeper.

The princess and Alice bow politely.
"'So, is he up already?”
The innkeeper was flustered by the princess's sudden question, not knowing what she was talking about.

"Darling would be in the dining room!"
The innkeeper's daughter, passing by, said the unthinkable!

The voices of the princess, Alice, and the innkeeper overlapped!
''No, I mean...''
The innkeeper's daughter backed away from their reaction.
"For now, let's go to the dining room."
Alice said and proceeded to the inn cafeteria with an angry expression on her face.
Beyond that, a man from ISEKAI, who knew nothing about it, was struggling with a hard sandwich.

~女騎士の陰謀~
女騎士アリスは王女を護衛する為に部下の騎士達と森へと入っていった。
森の中にはモンスターが多く生息している、この森は王国でも最も危険な場所だった。
森に入ると騎士たちはモンスターから距離を取りながら奥へと進んでいた。
「あのモンスターは危険ですので、私たちが排除しますね」
アリスはそう言いながら、モンスターを倒すために魔法を唱える。
「ファイア・アロー！」
アリスの詠唱と共に火の矢がモンスターに向かって飛んでいく。
モンスターは矢が飛んできたのに気が付いて襲いかかろうとした時、炎に包まれて悲鳴をあげることしか出来なかった。
そして体中焼け焦げて死んだ。
「この調子でどんどんと進みましょう」
アリスはそう言うと部下の騎士達もモンスターを倒して進んでいった。

アリスは不思議な違和感を覚えた。
(なんでこんなにモンスターがいるんだ？)
森の中では何匹ものモンスターに襲われ、アリスは命懸けで戦い続けてきた。
それはアリスだけでなく他の部下にも同じことが言えた。
(おかしい…こんなところにいるモンスターではない…)
アリスはこの違和感を払拭するように魔法を唱えてみることにした。
「ウィンド・ストーム！」
アリスが魔法を唱えた瞬間風の渦が現れ魔物を飲み込み消し去っていった。
それには隠れていた魔物も巻き込んでいった。
「ギャアア！」
あれはゴブリン！？
ゴブリンがモンスターを誘導していたのだった。
(なんなんだ一体？)
アリスはゴブリンたちの動きに疑問を持っていた。
するとゴブリンたちが一斉にこちらへと向かって来て叫んだ。
「ビャービャー」
それはアリスにとって未知なる恐怖だった。
ゴブリンたちの声にアリスは本能的に逃げ出したくなっていた。
しかし、騎士としての誇りがそれを許さなかった。
「全員気を引き締めろ！」
その命令は部下達に勇気を与した。
「ビャァー」
アリスは剣を抜いていきながらも恐怖に負けてしまいそうになるのを必死に堪えていた。
「ビャァー」
斬っても斬っても減らないゴブリンたち。
部下が何人も負傷して倒れました。
アリスの心の中に恐怖が溢れ出す。
(嫌だ。ここから早く逃げたい…でも)
アリスの心にはそんな気持ちが生まれていた。
「ビャアアッ」
その瞬間目の前のゴブリンが襲いかかってきた。
「きゃあ！」
アリスは後ろを振り向くことが出来なかった。
「うぉぁあああ」
アリスはそのままゴブリンに串刺しにされた。

「そう思った時にあいつが助けてくれたんです！」
アリスは興奮した様子で王女に話をしていた。
ここは王女様の私室。
何度目かわからないアリスの話を聞かされていた。
(今回は少し長かったわね…)
王女はアリスの話を聞きながら、少し疲れを感じていた。
（私だってあの方に回復魔法をして頂いて…）思い出して王女は赤面した。
そんな王女を見ながらアリスは話を続ける。
「あの剣の腕に数々の魔法！さらには回復魔法まで！ぜひうちの騎士団にと思っていたのですが…」
「断られてしまったのですね？」
「はい。そして報酬を受け取り城下町へと降りてしまいました。」
「そうですか…」
王女はそんなことを話ながら頭を抱えてしまうのだった。
「あの方の騎士団に入ることは難しいですか？」
「はい、残念ですが不可能かと」
アリスは残念そうに答えた。
「そうですか…」
アリスは諦めきれずにいるようで王女に問いかける。
「それで提案なのですが、今度の第一王女とのお茶会にあいつを護衛として連れて行ったらどうでしょう？」
王女の顔に笑顔が戻ったが、すぐに俯いた。
「ですが、私はあの方の事をよく知りません。」
王女は首を横に振りながら答える。
「私もあいつの事はあまり知らないので、一度見てみたかったのです」
アリスは王女の言葉に賛同するようにうなづくのだった。
「わかりました、では明日あの方に連絡してみましょう。」
こうして女騎士と王女の企みに巻き込まれたのであった…

「あの方の足取りは掴めているのですか？」
翌日の早朝。
王女とアリスは馬車に乗り城下町を走っていた。
「ええ、すぐに見つかるでしょう」
「そうですか」
王女はその事に安堵しながら窓から外を見る。
「街に入ったら宿屋に泊まるはずです」
アリスはその質問に答える。
「そうですか…」
王女は納得するようにうなづいた。
「それで、あの方がどの宿を取るのかご存じですか？」
アリスにこの国では有名な宿があると教えられる。
「確か…『赤狼亭』という所だと」
「わかりました」
王女はそう答えると窓から外を見つめた。
「あの方のことが心配ですが、早く会って安心したいのでしょうね」
アリスもまた同じことを考えていた。
「それよりも、お手柔らかに願いますね」
「はい」
「あの方にお願いするのは私の役目ですからね」
王女はそう言うと笑顔で答えた。
「それでは着きましたら」
アリスはそう言うと窓から外を眺めていた。
そして数十分後、王女とアリスは宿屋に辿り着いた。
「あの方は…」
王女はあの時の事を思い出しながら呟いた。
「あ、あの方はいますかね？」
「そうですね」
アリスもまた同じことを思っていた。
(また会える…)
王女とアリスは赤狼亭に向かう。
「おはようございますー」
王女とアリスは宿の入り口で挨拶をしていた。
「あら？貴方様は...」「王女様！」
宿の主人が驚いて王女とアリスを見る。
宿屋に居合わせた人々が王女見たさに殺到する。
「お邪魔しております。」
王女はそう言うと主人に挨拶をする。
「お、おう。どうぞ、上がってくれ」
「はい、ありがとうございます。」
王女とアリスは丁寧に礼をする。
「それで、あの方はもう起きられてますか？」
王女の急な問いに主人は何の事か分からずに慌てていた。
（王女様、それでは何の事かわかりませんよ）
小声でアリスに諭され王女は赤面した。
「失礼しました！実は昨日こちらに宿泊した男性を探してまして…」
名前や背格好などを伝えていると、
「ダーリンなら食堂にいるよ！」
通りがかった宿屋の娘がとんでもない事を言い放った！
「「「ダーリン！？」」」
王女、アリス、主人の声が重なった！
「いや、その…」
宿屋の娘は、その反応を見て後ずさりした。
「とりあえず、食堂に行きましょう。」
アリスはそう言うと怒りの表情のまま宿食堂へと進んでいった。
その先にはなにも知らない固いサンドイッチと格闘している男の姿があった。
「見つけた」
