1 Can Sweet and Condensed Milk
1 Cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
1 Cup Milk Chocolate Chips
1-1.5 Cups Heavy Cream
2-3 Cups Whole Milk, or Milk Substitute
1.5 TSP Vanilla
.5 Shot of Kahlúa*
.5 Shot of Fireball*
*Optional
1. Set large sauce pan to low heat. Pour can of Sweet and Condensed Milk into pan and stir occasionally, until warm.
2. Add chocolate chips to pan and mix until melted and combined with Sweet and Condensed Milk.
3. Add Heavy Cream and Milk to mixture, stirring until incorporated.
4. Once thoroughly mixed, ladle into cups. Optional* - add shots of liquor and top with marshmallows.
