Daance Dange Daice (2022) is a video montage of AI generated dance images that connect into an expanded display of alienated joy and celebration, as if peering into another world’s party. Commissioned for Refraction Festival Miami 2022, this work was created to align with the rhythms of the dance music while reflecting our connection with each other after a long period of isolation. The title, Daance Dange Daice, comes from AI generated text anomalies of the word “Dance”.
