The Downtown Villa is the futuristic home of the Streethers. It is an interoperable, exchangeable and customizable piece of Metaverse Real Estate. It's located downtown in the city of the near future, circa 2050. Streethers will meet, host events and interact together. Each Villa Pass is an immutable and perpetual right to a Downtown Villa's land plot (Phase 2) that will evolve into a fully developed and livable villa in Phase 3.
