MONSTERPEPE is a Series 30, Card 32 Rarepepe. It was issued and released October 3, 2017, hence the Halloween theme of this Rarepepe. MONSTERPEPE had 100 issued but 51 are locked in the Creator/Owners address, due to the private key to the address being lost. So this Rarepepe is EXTREMELY RARE with only 49 in circulation now. Only 20 addresses in total hold this pepe and without the Creator's address, that number is 19 Active addresses. This is truly a MONSTER RAREPEPE!!!
