As an expert in the field of Architecture, Otho Night has long been a prominent name amongst the ranks of the Doctors, and now uses that influence to help steer the focus of their primate liberation efforts. Otho was stationed at Barrow Down Terminal when news of the Universal Primate Captivity Crisis broke, and they were one of the first to join the mission. Now, as their mission takes them to Earth, Otho and the Doctors seek to confront the Homo Insipiens for their failure to free their captive primates as they had promised to do so long ago.
