Arcturus Johannes, an up and coming purveyor of the Industrial Technology field, learned of the Universal Primate Captivity Crisis from activists attending Golgoros Planetary College of Perseus and joined the expedition to free the captive primates of Earth. As a member of the Doctor caste, it was always Arcturus's goal to obtain their Doctorate and use their education and skills to help their own people, but upon learning of the Universal Primate Captivity Crisis, their priorities changed. Now, with the fate of the Earth primates in the balance, Arcturus and the Doctors will do what is needed to liberate them from their captivity.
