Cepheus Thatcher

Cepheus Thatcher has long been tenured in the field of Civil Engineering but began to grow tired of the monotony before seeking the challenge of joining in the Doctors' primate liberation efforts. Cepheus has long struggled to put their Doctorate to fulfilling use, having been relegated to menial duties at the Dex Stardust Enterprise Station, but soon discovered the much more appealing missionary work of the Critical Earth Expedition. Now, with the fate of the Earth primates in the balance, Cepheus and the Doctors will do what is needed to liberate them from their captivity.
