Bex Ransom is a tenured 28 year veteran of Juridical Science, having studied at the prominent The University of Sagittarius State before becoming aware of the Universal Primate Captivity Crisis. A dedicated Doctor through and through, Bex has always sought to offer aid not just to the Apskellion, but to the apes of all worlds, including those of Earth. Now, as their mission leads them to Earth, Bex and the Doctors are dedicated to the liberation of the primates in captivity there.
