Tullius Jammer, a veteran activist of the Universal Primate Captivity Crisis movement at Pillars Nebula Consortium Sector 7 Campus, has been on several primate retrieval operations in the 28 years since earning their Juridical Science Doctorate. Born of the more aggressive Zealot caste of Apskellion Space Apes, Tullius was abandoned in a New Frontier colony and adopted into a family of Doctors, eventually learning to embrace their more empathic ways. Now, as their mission takes them to Earth, Tullius and the Doctors seek to confront the Homo Insipiens for their failure to free their captive primates as they had promised to do so long ago.
