Blair Prospero was present when first contact was initially made with the Homo Insipiens of Earth, and after having earned their Genetic Engineering Doctorate from City Overarch Hall of Volans they have joined the expedition to return and bring the venture full circle. A dedicated Doctor through and through, Blair has always sought to offer aid not just to the Apskellion, but to the apes of all worlds, including those of Earth. Now, with the fate of the Earth primates in the balance, Blair and the Doctors will do what is needed to liberate them from their captivity.
