Barnes Lowen

Barnes Lowen, an up and coming purveyor of the Nanotechnology field, learned of the Universal Primate Captivity Crisis from activists attending The Hall of Sherbet Nebula and joined the expedition to free the captive primates of Earth. Barnes was raised on a far rim colony on the New Frontier where they were eventually stationed at the Knightsbridge Ward in a support role, where word of primates in captivity on Earth reached and spurred many into action. With their sights now set on Earth, Barnes and the Doctors will do what is needed to bring freedom to the wrongly imprisoned primates that remain.
