Cicero Sterling, a tenured purveyor of the Nuclear Fusion Sciences field, has participated in several primate retrieval operations across the New Frontier and has now committed to their liberation efforts on Earth. After completing their tenure in a senior role at the Harding-4 Colony, Cicero decided to seek a new challenge in joining the liberation efforts of the Earth primates. Now, as their mission leads them to Earth, Cicero and the Doctors will attempt to put their skills and education to work as best they can for the sake of the primates there.
