As an expert in the field of Cybernetics, Caritas Webb has long been a prominent name amongst the ranks of the Doctors, and now uses that influence to help steer the focus of their primate liberation efforts. After growing stagnant for 2 years in a support role at the Sky City Solar Bastion, Caritas found new purpose in the liberation of captive primates and joined the cause. Now, as their mission takes them to Earth, Caritas and the Doctors seek to confront the Homo Insipiens for their failure to free their captive primates as they had promised to do so long ago.
