Have you noticed that some creatures can look angry even when they’re smiling at you? I think it's to do with the eyes. Nogsk seem to have that type of persona, a friendly look but with that hint of evil. All this works to their advantage in their jobs at the customer complaints department at the Rovva Hover shop. Customers there will often turn up at the shop furious because their floaty scooter broke down and they’ve missed several birthdays stuck on some distant asteroid. The nogsk pops up from behind the counter, smiles and simply says ‘how may I help you?. The customer, feeling a little intimidated tends to reply ‘oh could I book a service for the floaty scooter, please, if it's not too much trouble, er, when it's convenient to you, sorry to bother you’. It’s in the eyes I tell you.
