From the moment we enter the world, our environment, relationships, and circumstances all contribute to the colors that make up our canvas. Our family shapes our values, friends offer different perspectives, and teachers guide us on our journey. As we navigate through life, new experiences add depth and dimension to our canvas. The challenges we face, the places we visit, and the people we meet, all play a part in shaping who we are. While admiring the breathtaking view from the cliff, I was approached by a man who noticed the camera in my hand was curious about my photography. We had a great conversation, exchanging stories and discussing our love for the craft. Our conversation flowed as easily as the river below us, as we delved into the art of photography and shared our experiences. He shared how he had been mesmerized for hours, watching the tiny figures move along the riverbank below. As he left, I took a leisurely walk down a path and was struck by the awe-inspiring scale of my surroundings. Just as the sun started to slip behind a cloud, I instinctively raised my camera and snapped the shot, capturing the stunning interplay of light and shadow in this scene. Without this chance encounter with the man who approached me, I never would have taken this photo. Our conversation not only opened my eyes to new perspectives in photography, but it also led to the capturing of this unforgettable moment.
