ONIA #47 Whenever I go through a transition, it always feels like a clean break; a chapter ending and a new one beginning. Over time I've had to practice not abandoning my old self for the new ways — I was operating with the best information I had at the time. I believe that growth is a two part process: stepping into the new phase and forgiving yourself for the old one.
