As an expert in the field of Civil Law, Xerxes Artanifax has long been a prominent name amongst the ranks of the Doctors, and now uses that influence to help steer the focus of their primate liberation efforts. Having always lived within the Doctor caste, Xerxes was raised in an environment of empathy and good will, and those values led them to join the Critical Earth Expedition.
