Stephano Oliver

As a dedicated student of the sciences, Stephano Oliver earned their Cryogenics Doctorate from M110 State Department of Science of Delphinus in order to better serve the needs of their people as they travelled the cosmos. Borne into the Doctor caste, Stephano was taught to always seek ways to help others regardless of their differences, a core value that led to their interest in the Universal Primate Captivity Crisis. Now, as their mission leads them to Earth, Stephano and the Doctors are dedicated to the liberation of the primates in captivity there.
