They say that many early life forms evolved around volcanic vents. Well the vulkrem has certainly evolved into one of the biggest beasts ever to roam the planet Krem. In many ways they are a bit like cold blooded creatures that need the heat of the sun to function. The vulkrem, however, don’t use the heat of the sun to warm their bodies, they use molten lava instead. Now the average person tends to ignite when walking around on molten lava but somehow the vulkrem are able to tolerate this intense heat. In fact, the vulkrem enjoy lava so much, they eat it, absorb the nutrients and spout out the waste products from mini volcanoes on their backs!
