Madden Tycho, a veteran activist of the Universal Primate Captivity Crisis movement at The Great Dragon Scientific Academy Subspace Campus, has been on several primate retrieval operations in the 30 years since earning their Astronautics Doctorate. A dedicated Doctor through and through, Madden has always sought to offer aid not just to the Apskellion, but to the apes of all worlds, including those of Earth. Now, as their mission takes them to Earth, Madden and the Doctors seek to confront the Homo Insipiens for their failure to free their captive primates as they had promised to do so long ago.
